These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Titan GPC digital products, software, scripts, files, services, website, and related community resources (collectively, the “Services”).
Titan GPC is operated by Gamezone Corp. (“Gamezone Corp.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Titan GPC product or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.
1. Digital Products
Titan GPC products are digital products. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Purchases may provide access to downloadable files, scripts, software, configuration files, documentation, updates, or other digital content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment, hardware, software, and other systems are compatible with the product before purchasing.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the immediate-access and non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Purchasing the wrong product;
- Changing your mind after purchase;
- Failing to read the product description or requirements;
- Hardware or software incompatibility;
- Inability to properly install, configure, or use the product;
- Failure to follow provided instructions;
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference;
- Updates or changes made by third-party games, platforms, hardware, or software; or
- Account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party services.

3. License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased Titan GPC product.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product, source material, intellectual property, or associated rights to you.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, leak, or upload Titan GPC products;
- Copy or distribute purchased files to other individuals;
- Sell or sublicense access to our products;
- Publicly post or distribute our proprietary files or code;

- Attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, access controls, or security measures; or
- Claim Titan GPC products or intellectual property as your own.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account used to access Titan GPC products or Services.
Access may be suspended or permanently terminated if we reasonably determine that a user has:
- Shared or resold a product without authorization;
- Attempted to bypass security or licensing systems;
- Engaged in fraud or abuse;
- Initiated a fraudulent or improper payment dispute;
- Harassed staff or community members;
- Violated these Terms; or
- Used our Services for unlawful purposes.
Termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not entitle the user to a refund, except where required by law.
5. Updates and Compatibility
We may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or modifications to Titan GPC products at our discretion.
We do not guarantee that any product will remain compatible indefinitely with every game, console, controller, device, operating system, firmware version, platform, or third-party service.
Third-party updates may temporarily or permanently affect functionality. Gamezone Corp. is not responsible for changes made by third parties that affect a Titan GPC product.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Titan GPC is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with any third-party game publisher, console manufacturer, hardware manufacturer, platform, or other company unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules and terms of any third-party platform they choose to use.
Use of Titan GPC products is at your own risk. Gamezone Corp. does not guarantee that use of a product will comply with the rules of a particular game or third-party platform.
We are not responsible for warnings, suspensions, restrictions, bans, loss of accounts, loss of progress, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All Titan GPC branding, designs, documentation, scripts, software, code, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Gamezone Corp. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
8. Support
Support may be provided through the support channels made available by Titan GPC.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with legitimate product-related issues, but we do not guarantee specific response times or that every compatibility or third-party issue can be resolved.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a legitimate billing or product-access issue, you should contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims of unauthorized transactions, or payment disputes filed after a digital product has been successfully delivered may result in suspension or termination of access to Titan GPC products and Services.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or payment laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titan GPC products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Gamezone Corp. makes no guarantee that a product will operate without interruption, errors, compatibility issues, or changes resulting from third-party updates.
We do not guarantee any particular gameplay result, performance improvement, competitive outcome, or continued compatibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamezone Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of Titan GPC products or Services.
This includes, without limitation, loss of accounts, game progress, data, revenue, profits, access to third-party services, or other losses resulting from third-party enforcement or compatibility changes.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Titan GPC or our Services to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with our systems, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where we reasonably believe our Services are being abused or used unlawfully.
13. Changes to These Terms
Gamezone Corp. may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Titan GPC after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
